Three bedrooms occupy the ground floor, each with direct access to the gardens. One is an en suite with a dressing room; the other two share a bathroom and look out across the terrace and lawn.
All ground-floor bedrooms are furnished with twin beds — six singles arranged across the three rooms — making this floor natural territory for families and younger guests.

The first floor holds two king bedrooms. The master is the crown of the house: a full en suite bathroom, a dressing room, and a private terrace that faces the estate and the mountains beyond.
The second first-floor bedroom also has en suite facilities and its own terrace access — a room that rewards those who take it.
Each of the five bedrooms at Napolitano is served by its own bathroom — one with a full bathtub, four with walk-in showers. All are finished to a consistent, unfussy standard: clean lines, natural materials, proper light.
Bed linen and towels are included.
